Description

The M-G552PC80 is an advanced-performance model IMU with a rugged IP67-rated metal enclosure, delivering high stability and accuracy through advanced compensation technologies. It features a CAN interface that can be directly connected to automotive and industrial control systems for host communication. The dust- and water-resistant (IP67) enclosure provides environmental protection, mechanical robustness, and improved electromagnetic shielding for stable performance even in outdoor environments, enabling reliable, long-term measurement.

Factory calibration parameters including bias, scale factor, axis misalignment, and temperature compensation are stored in non-volatile memory of the IMU and are automatically applied to the output measurement data upon power-on at the application level. It supports CANopen communication for direct integration with industrial controllers, PLCs, and automotive systems. It also supports direct connection to 12 V industrial power systems, reducing external power conversion requirements.This enables easy networking of multiple sensors, allowing inertial motion analysis and control to be implemented in applications with minimal design effort.
