Description
The M-G570PR20 is a high-end IMU that delivers the highest level of stability and accuracy in EPSON's industrial sensing portfolio. It is distinguished by its exceptionally low bias instability, superior angle random walk, and outstanding vibration resistance. The rugged metal housing is designed to meet IP67 standards for dust and water resistance, and RS-422 communication for reliable operation in harsh outdoor environments over long periods.
RS-422 provides point-to-point, deterministic communication for applications requiring long cable lengths and simple host interfaces. It also supports direct connection to 12 V industrial power systems, reducing external power conversion requirements. This enables easy implementation of inertial motion analysis and control in applications requiring long cable routing or synchronized measurement of multiple sensors, while minimizing design effort.
